Cancellation Policy – Summit Cleaning
At Summit Cleaning, we strive to provide reliable and high-quality service to all our clients. Due to our strict scheduling, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellations.
• Rescheduling or Cancellations: Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to change the scheduled time or date of service or cancel altogether.
• Late Cancellations: If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, a cancellation fee may apply.
• No-Shows: If our team arrives at the scheduled location and is unable to access the property or complete the service due to client absence, the full service fee may be charged.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to maintain a smooth and efficient schedule for all our clients.
